About our Project

We are doing this project to determine if our brassica oleracea can survive when watered with salted water. And if so what is the percentage of salt in the water that makes it stop growing or not start at all. The plant my group got was Broccoli romanesco which was founded in Italy. It resembles more of an artichoke than it does a broccoli but it apparently tastes more like a cauliflower it is one weird plant.
